Production notes

Soil(s) : Siliceous gravel After ripeness checks, the grapes are harvested plot by plot. After 100% de-stemming, the harvest is cooled to 16°C for 72 hours of pre-fermentation fermentation to extract maximum color. Fermentation then lasts 4 weeks with constant temperature control, finishing with maceration at 32 degrees. Aged for 12 to 14 months in new oak barrels.

Tasting notes

Beautiful dense purple color, a bouquet of ripe red fruit and light vanilla, deep and persistent, where Merlot fully expresses itself. Serving suggestion: Drink now, but can be enjoyed between 2025 and 2030. Ideal with grilled meats.
