Production notes

Wine produced from mechanical harvesting and total de-stemming. Traditional vinification in concrete vats, followed by light filtration and ageing in cement vats.

Tasting notes

Aged without the addition of wood, this wine plays the fruit and accessibility card from the outset. The blueberry, black cherry and blackberry notes are immediately seductive. The palate continues in this tender, elegant vein, with a welcome touch of spice on the finish and plenty of substance in the middle. Food and wine pairing: Ideal for traditional gourmet cuisine, but also goes very well with red meats and cheese.
