Aristide Mau founded the company in 1897. At the beginning of the next century, his son Yvon scoured the vineyards in search of the finest wines. Production notes
Soil(s) : clay-limestone Parcel selection. Traditional Bordeaux-style vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel and concrete vats. Maceration for 3 to 4 weeks.
Tasting notes
An indulgent nose, with notes of cherry, raspberry and vanilla. Round and powerful on the palate, with notes of red fruit. A fine finish on finely toasted notes. Food pairing : Serve with grilled meats such as barbecued entrecôte.
