Production notes

The de-stemmed and crushed harvest is placed in vats, where it undergoes alcoholic fermentation followed by malolactic fermentation. Once these vinification stages are complete, the Château Dorléac wine is racked several times, then blended and aged until bottling.

Tasting notes

Deep purple color. Delicate, expressive nose of redcurrant and morello cherry. Balanced, crisp attack on the palate. Elegant expression of red fruit and blackcurrant, complementing a supple, fine-grained palate. Food pairing : Serve with roast poultry, veal escalope or roast pork with prunes.
