Production notes

To remove the alcohol from our wine, a delicate vacuum distillation process was used to preserve the natural flavors of the Riesling. We chose this modern technique because it enables us to extract the alcohol under extremely low pressure and temperature (around -30°C). The volatile flavor, which has been detached during processing, will be brought back into the dealcoholized wine.

Tasting notes

This is a very modern, non-alcoholic Rosé with an original, clean character. A very lively acidity gives it the necessary freshness and juicy fruit impressions. The nose presents notes of pale strawberry, raspberry and citrus, with light hints of fresh grapefruit. The finish is (almost) dry and relatively long. Food pairing: Perfect with fresh summer salads, pasta and lightly grilled poultry in Mediterranean sauce.
