Production notes

Soil: Granite and clay The grapes are harvested manually in 500 kg crates. The bunches are selected and the grapes are sent directly to the pneumatic press. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats for a period of 15 to 18 days in order to maximize the varietal aromas.

Tasting notes

Color: Pale yellow with greenish highlights. Nose: Complex and expressive, with aromas of grapefruit and lime, accompanied by notes of black pepper, delicate flowers, and herbaceous and mineral nuances. Palate: Balanced and lively, offering refreshing acidity and citrus flavors, with a lingering finish and mineral accents. Food and wine pairings: Ideal with fresh seafood, oysters, and salads. Excellent as an aperitif.
