Tasting notes

To the eye: Bright, deep ruby color. On the nose: Complex aromas of black cherry, blackberry with a hint of violet, followed by butter and vanilla. On the palate: Powerful attack, with mellow tannins. Full-bodied and velvety. Food & wine pairing: Goes well with game, red meat, cabecous and goat's cheese.
