Production notes

Age of vines: over 60 years for the Grenache and Clairette and 40 years for the Roussanne. Vinification: Fermentation and ageing in one, two and three-wine barrels for 8 months. Bottled without fining and lightly filtered.

Tasting notes

The wine is easily digestible and typical, with notes of fennel and garrigue. Food and wine pairings: Goes very well with fish, shellfish, seafood and poultry.
