Tasting notes

The aromas and flavors of tart apple, pomegranate, and cranberry combine to form a delicious profile. The palate is energetic, with a long, stony finish marked by lingering pepper. Food and wine pairings: Enjoy with pork, seafood, oily fish, and poultry.
