Production notes

Average age of vines: over 50 years. Soil(s): Granite. Fermented and aged 8 months in new barrels and one wine: Allier - Tronçais - Jupille.

Tasting notes

Appearance: Pale yellow with golden highlights. Nose: Complex, with notes of white-fleshed fruit, white flowers and honey. Palate: Rich and balanced, with flavors of pear, quince and a touch of minerality. Silky in texture, with a long, fresh finish. Food pairing: This wine pairs well with seafood, grilled fish, poultry in sauce and mature cheeses.
