Production notes

Soil: On the border of the Châteauneuf appellation, on the Courthézon side. Vinification: 100% whole-cluster fermentation (no destemming). Aged for 8 months in second- and third-fill barrels, followed by 10 months in large oak foudres (Allier and Tronçais oak).

Tasting notes

Appearance: Deep red. Nose: Intense aromas of ripe red fruits, with notes of cherry and raspberry, complemented by spicy and floral hints. Palate: Soft, silky tannins with a beautiful structure. The fruit is expressive and enveloping, revealing layers of red and black fruit flavors, with a slightly spicy finish. Food Pairing: Perfect with grilled meats, dishes in sauce, or aged cheeses.
