Production notes
Fermented and aged 10 months in new barrels and Allier - Tronçais - Jupille wine. No fining and light filtration.
Tasting notes
Known for its smoothness and creaminess, with generous curves and soft spicy notes. The wine typically presents aromas of sweet fruits such as pear and peach, complemented by notes of vanilla and acacia honey. As it evolves, notes of ginger and herbs can also be detected. Food pairing : Pairs well with shellfish and seafood, as well as poultry and pork dishes.
