Tasting notes

The nose is complex and intense, with aromas of white flowers, citrus and orchard fruits, complemented by notes of iodine, toasted lees and honey. On the palate, it offers flavors of orange zest, pear liqueur, toasted brioche and marzipan, with a firm mineral backbone adding freshness and support. The wine is concentrated, pure and structured, with great freshness and remarkable length. Food pairing: This wine pairs well with shellfish, grilled salmon and brandade de morue.
