Tasting notes

The nose reveals complex aromas of white fruit (peach, pear), almond, white flowers and fine spicy notes. On the palate, the wine is ample and velvety, with a satiny attack that evolves into a fleshy texture, supported by lively acidity. The finish is long, fresh and elegant, leaving a lingering mineral impression. Food pairing: Pairs well with fish, white meats, rich vegetarian dishes such as mushroom risotto, soft and bloomy cheeses (Brie, Camembert).
