Production notes
Once the grapes have reached full maturity, they are harvested. As soon as they arrive at the winery, they are pressed and fermentation begins. Thanks to an innovative process, the alcohol is progressively removed from the wine to achieve an alcohol content reduced to 9%. The result? A wine with 85 calories per 5 oz glass (30% fewer calories) that achieves the perfect balance between low calorie and low alcohol content.
Tasting notes
Sunny Pinot Noir is a fresh wine with aromas of small red fruits (cherries and pomegranates) and a lovely aromatic intensity. Subtle notes of oak mingle with the bouquet, culminating in a long finish. Wine and food pairing: Roast chicken, tomato and basil pasta and grilled hamburgers.
