Domaine Santiago Queirolo is located in Peru's Ica Valley, at the foot of the Andes. Founded in 1880 by Santiago Queirolo Raggio, the estate is renowned for its high-quality wines, produced from grape varieties such as Malbec, Tannat and Shiraz. The estate offers a varied range of red, white, rosé and sparkling wines, as well as Pisco, a traditional Peruvian brandy.

Production notes
100% Quebranta Made from pisco grapes selected from vineyards in the Cañete and Ica valleys. The grapes are pressed and then fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures to obtain the best must, which, distilled in copper stills, gives a flavor appreciated and recognized by connoisseurs.
Tasting notes
Pure and transparent, with silver highlights. Fruity aromas of raisins and almonds. On the palate, this wine brandy has presence and character. Serve slightly chilled or as a cocktail (Pisco Sour).
