Production notes

Soil(s) : caillottes Vinification is respectful of the grapes and the traditions of Sancerre winemaking. Cold settling clarifies the wine while preserving its aromatic potential, followed by a thermo-regulated 20-day fermentation and ageing on fine lees for a minimum of 6 months.

Tasting notes

The nose reveals floral aromas nuanced by a hint of citrus. On the palate, the attack is lively and delicious. With its unctuous texture, this white Sancerre expresses fruity aromas over a mineral framework typical of Sancerre terroirs. Food pairing: Perfect with shellfish, seafood or sushi. It also goes well with everyday dishes such as a goat cheese omelet.
