Production notes

The grapes are harvested in late August, early in the morning, to preserve the delicate floral bouquet. Gentle pressing followed by temperature-controlled fermentation for around 16 days. The wine is then aged on the lees for three months, with stirring of the lees. A small percentage of the wine is briefly aged in barrel.

Tasting notes

A rich, refreshing Vermentino. A floral bouquet mingled with intriguing fresh herbs. The wine shows its character on the palate, round and mineral, with a slightly salty finish. Food pairing: Perfect with grilled fish, fried calamari and seafood soups, but also an excellent choice as an aperitif.
