Tasting notes

Colour: Deep ruby hue. On the nose: Delicate, opening with aromas of red berries and peony. On the palate: This dry red has refreshing acidity and supple tannins. Faithful to the aromas perceived on olfaction, it reveals flavors of strawberry, raspberry and rose. Its rather thin texture fades into a slightly persistent finish. Food & wine pairing: Perfect with beef carpaccio, frittata with sautéed vegetables or even creamy pasta with artichoke hearts and Parmesan.
