Production notes

Maceration of wild sloes picked after the first frost. After a long maceration, the sloe stones are distilled in a small alembic to extract the aromas and essences they still contain. This sloe “distillate” is then harmoniously blended with sloe alcohol and sugar syrup: Prunelle Védrenne is born.

Tasting notes

To the eye: Amber On the nose: Aromas of marzipan On the palate: Liquorous and ideal served chilled. This liqueur is generally drunk as an after-dinner drink, but can also be used to flavor desserts and pastries.
