Tasting notes
"Aromas of spicy berries, dusty wood and chocolate are followed on the palate by very fresh acidity, introducing ripe black fruit and then a stony mid-palate. Silky tannins support the fruit, while herbal and balsamic notes add a sensation of freshness and lightness. The finish is long and succulent. Very well balanced. James Button - Decanter Food and wine pairing: Pairs perfectly with red meats, lamb, game and mature cheeses.
