Production notes

A process similar to that used to make beer, with the fermentation of rice. Junmai means pure rice, meaning that it is the only ingredient used with water and yeast in the production of this sake. Rice polish: 60% or more. The name 'Kizakura' refers to a rare flower, the yellow cherry blossom. It blooms later than 'Yoshino cherry', the classic pink cherry blossom.
