Production notes

The grapes are harvested by hand, then carefully selected and pressed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, and the wine is aged on fine lees for several months to develop its aromatic complexity.

Tasting notes

A very pretty nose, elegant, fresh and airy, with subtle notes of white flowers, pear and Granny Smith apples. On the palate, it exudes freshness and liveliness with perfect balance. It has a full, easy-drinking texture with a lovely sapid finish. The palate is pure, with ripe, crystalline acidity and aromas of grapefruit and white flowers.
