Production notes

Each variety was vinified separately, destemmed, crushed, temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, concrete vats and small marble vats, pressed, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Aged for 12 months in new (20%) and old (80%) American and French oak barrels. After bottling, the wine is aged for at least 6 months in bottle.

Tasting notes

To the eye: Intense ruby On the nose: Wild berries with hints of blackberry and ripe plum, complemented by spicy notes of cinnamon and liquorice. Palate: Rich and elegant, with notes of wild berries and sweet spices. Harmonious and fresh, with a long, well-balanced finish. Food and wine pairing: Goes very well with red meats.
