Production notes
Each variety was vinified separately, destemmed, crushed, temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, concrete tanks and small marble basins, pressed, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Ageing : 12 months in American (60%) and French (40%) oak barrels. After bottling, the wine aged at least 4 months in the bottle. Soil type: Granite/schist origin with clay/loam structure.
Tasting notes
Color: Intense Ruby. Aroma: Blackberry aromas. cocoa, dark chocolate, licorice and a hint of black pepper. Palate: Rich and complex with notes of black ripe fruit and spices. Persistent finish.
