Production notes

After harvesting, the grapes are pressed in a low-pressure pneumatic press. Alcoholic fermentation on lees in temperature-controlled tanks. 100% malolactic fermentation. Part of the wine is aged in new barrels, the rest in temperature-controlled vats to bring out the best in the Chardonnay grape variety.

Tasting notes

Appearance: Pale gold, limpid and brilliant. Nose: Straightforward, expressive, with woody, fruity notes. Palate: Clean attack, round, fruity, well-balanced wine with good freshness, structured by fine oak, long, pleasant finish. Food pairing: Enjoy with grilled fish or fish in sauce, shrimp or white meats (veal, poultry) with or without cream. A wonderful accompaniment to Comté cheese.
