Tasting notes
The nose reveals aromas of yellow fruit with a hint of citrus and floral notes. On the palate, the slightly oily texture harmonizes with fresh acidity and flavors of exotic fruit, citrus, some sweet spices and star anise. Great fullness of flavor. Food pairings: Tabbouleh salad, smoked salmon sandwiches, grilled shrimp and risotto Milanese.
