Tasting notes
The nose reveals notes of red and black fruits of great concentration. On the palate, it's the density and concentration of flavors that amazes, culminating in an aromatic amplitude sustained by beautifully balanced, velvety tannins. Beautiful notes of black fruit, pepper and tobacco persist for astonishing length. Food pairings: Lamb burgers with cheddar cheese, Fajitas with chicken and coriander or cannelloni with sun-dried tomatoes, spinach and ricotta.
