Cusumano was founded in 2001, when brothers Alberto and Diego took over the management of the company from their father, Francesco. Production notes

Destemming, maceration at 28°C for 12 days and soft pressing. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in barrels of 25 hectoliters for 12 months.

Tasting notes

It is presented in the glass of a vivid ruby red; on the nose, it is all about the undergrowth, from small black fruits to mineral and humus notes. In the mouth, it is tight, dry, quite fresh, with a long and savory finish. Food pairing : Pasta, grilled red meat or grilled tuna fillet.
