Production notes
Light pneumatic pressing, static settling and racking. Fermentation between 18°-20°C, period in stainless steel tanks on fine lees for 4 months, followed by bottle ageing.
Tasting notes
This wine is a slight nod to Sauvignon Blanc. It's fresh, fruity with great minerality and a great classic with seafood dishes.
