About this winery

Nestled between the shores of the Mediterranean and the foothills of the Cévennes, the estate extends over more than one hundred and fifty hectares. The château was built on solid foundations: an ideal climate, passionate people and a soil covered with rounded pebbles. Through wine, the personalities and riches of an entire terroir are expressed and shared. The wines of Château Puech-Haut are all steeped in history and endowed with a singular identity and strong character.

Production notes

Soil(s) : Rolled pebbles Each grape variety is vinified separately so that it can express all its organoleptic properties. This is followed by static settling and alcoholic fermentation at between 12° and 15°. Malolactic fermentation is then blocked to produce a wine with flowery aromas and good acidity.

Tasting notes

Appearance: Light yellow, brilliant and crystal-clear. Nose: Intense, alternating between citrus, exotic fruit and white flowers. Palate: Dynamic, offering a fine balance between freshness and smoothness. Full-bodied and enveloping, it recalls the floral notes of the nose. Food pairing: As an aperitif or with fish, seafood and Asian dishes.
