Production notes
Soil(s) : Rolled pebbles Each grape variety is vinified separately so that it can express all its organoleptic properties. This is followed by static settling and alcoholic fermentation at between 12° and 15°. Malolactic fermentation is then blocked to produce a wine with flowery aromas and good acidity.
Tasting notes
Appearance: Light yellow, brilliant and crystal-clear. Nose: Intense, alternating between citrus, exotic fruit and white flowers. Palate: Dynamic, offering a fine balance between freshness and smoothness. Full-bodied and enveloping, it recalls the floral notes of the nose. Food pairing: As an aperitif or with fish, seafood and Asian dishes.
