Tasting notes

The nose of Château Romefort 2018 opens with aromas of blackcurrant and black raspberry with toasty notes. The attack is clean, the mid-palate generous and the tannins intense but controlled. Medium to long finish. Food pairing: Ideal with beef, lamb or game dishes.
