Product notes

To the north of the Côte, the Savigny-Les Beaune vineyard is a fairly late-ripening terroir that produces very fresh whites.

Production notes

After hand-sorting, pressing and settling, the alcoholic fermentation takes place in barrel for 10 days, then the wine is aged on lees for 12 months in oak barrels, 25% new oak and one or two-wine barrels. During the first 6 months, the lees are stirred every two weeks to bring out richness and complexity.

Tasting notes

Notes of lemony yellow fruit mingle with aromas of toast. Fresh and unctuous on the palate, with good volume and tension.
