Production notes
Soil(s): well-drained clay-limestone After hand-sorting, pressing and settling, alcoholic fermentation takes place in barrel for 10 days, then the wine is aged on lees for 12 months in oak barrels, 25% new barrels and one- or two-wine barrels. two-wine barrels. Tasting notes
