The Château de Meursault estate is located in the Côte de Beaune, on the magnificent terroirs of Meursault, Pommard, Puligny-Montrachet, Beaune and the hill of Corton. Production notes

The grapes are destemmed, and the berries are placed in tanks for 15 to 18 days of cold pre-fermentation maceration, followed by 5 to 6 days of alcoholic fermentation. The wine is then aged for 15 to 18 months in oak barrels, 30% of which are new, with the remainder in one- to two-year-old barrels.

Tasting notes

The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose offers tension, tanginess of fruits as well as a meaty touch and a hint of macerated fruits (macerated cherry, crushed cherry) which disappear after aeration. We find notes of red cherry
