About this winery

Our estate is located in the village of Verzy, a terroir classified as a "Grand Cru" on the slopes of the Montagne de Reims. Tasting notes

Appearance: Clear, luminous and fluid, pale yellow gold with pale yellow highlights. Nose: The first nose expresses scents of honeysuckle, buttercup and acacia, with fruity notes reminiscent of almond, quince and red apple. Champagne aeration reveals mineral notes of creamy chalk, peppermint, pomelo, marmalade and clementine, with fleshy fruits such as pear, peach and quetsche. Palate: The approach on the palate is clean and fresh, with creamy, mellow effervescence. The Champagne develops a crunchy, pulpy fruitiness, underlined by integrated lemon and pomelo acidity. The mid-palate is orchestrated around a clay minerality that confers fruity volume with well-coated consistency, salinity and length on the palate. The finish gratifies with a lemony freshness that delicately carries the fruity richness aromatically and tactilely.
