Tasting notes
Pinot Blanc is particularly pleasing on the palate, with its freshness and floral notes. Its colour is pale golden yellow, with light green highlights. The very open nose develops aromas of peach and apricot. It is very fresh and crisp, with subtle toasted notes. The attack on the palate is frank and racy. The aromas are predominantly fruity (yellow peach, mirabelle plum). It can be used wherever a dry white wine is required. It is easy to drink throughout a meal. It can be drunk at any time of day. Pinot Blanc goes perfectly with starters, asparagus, onion tart, quiche and rabbit.
