Our Burgundy village of Bailly is the cradle of AOC Crémant de Bourgogne. Since 1972, in an underground stone quarry offering unique natural conditions, we have been producing sparkling and still wines from another world. Production notes
Only the best pressing juices are selected and vinified separately. Matured in stainless steel vats for around 10 months, then aged on laths for over 5 years and disgorged.
Tasting notes
Robe: Rose gold with light orange highlights. Nose: Aromas of rose petals, cookie, sweet almonds and cherry stones. Palate: Airy, tender and subtle, deliciously fresh, it continues endlessly on red fruits. Food pairing: A festive wine, it goes well with fish, seafood, white meats and desserts such as strawberry tart.
