Production notes
Soil(s): Granite When the grapes reach the right point of ripeness, they are carefully picked, destemmed and gently crushed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 degrees, and the wine matures on the lees for a further 8 months. The wine is stabilized by gentle cold filtration before bottling.
