Tasting notes
Blend of juicy apple and lime zest, with hints of slatey minerality and brioche. Medium body with fresh acidity and a fine, moderately intense mousse. Savory, saline flavors are also present on the finish. Food pairing: Seafood, poultry dishes, soft cheeses and aperitifs.
