Production notes

The fruit for this wine comes from two vineyards in the Tamar Valley, one south of Launceston and the other north on the Tamar River. Fermentation took place in French oak puncheons and barrels, where the wine was left to mature for 9 months.

Tasting notes

Color: Bright, pale straw color with greenish edges and a watery hue. Nose: Complex and elegant, revealing white peach, melon and subtle oak. Palate: Unctuous with a texture linked to vibrant acidity.
