Production notes
Our Pinot Noir grapes are harvested at dawn to preserve the freshness and vibrancy of the berries. Gentle pressing follows in order to achieve a pale pink color while avoiding overly vegetal notes. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to highlight the Pinot’s generous fruit character. During blending, our team focuses on achieving the perfect balance between lively acidity and fruity aromas. The wine is bottled after a few months of aging in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting notes
Bright, pale pink color with light raspberry colored highlights. On the nose, the wine develops subtle aromas of raspberry and morello cherry with hints of rose petals. Fresh and lively on the palate; fruity and floral aromas are found against a mineral backdrop.
