Soil(s): Granite and clay-loam Mechanical harvesting, de-stemming and crushing, temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation, pressing, malolactic fermentation. Minimum 5-month aging in stainless steel.

Colour: Light ruby red. Nose: Aromas of red berries and spicy blackberries. Palate: Intense and well-balanced. Well-structured tannins and fruit density. Food pairing: Goes well with grilled meats, well-seasoned dishes, stews and ripe cheeses.
