Production notes
To remove the alcohol from our wine, a delicate vacuum distillation process was used to preserve the natural flavors of the Riesling. We chose this modern technique because it enables us to extract the alcohol under extremely low pressure and temperature (around -30°C). The volatile flavor, which has been detached during processing, will be brought back into the dealcoholized wine.
Tasting notes
This is a very modern alcohol-free Riesling, made from grapes from young vines and with lots of flavor. The taste is clean and fresh with hints of lime and citrus; there are subtle notes of rhubarb and red apples on an underlying mineral base. The finish is dry and relatively long. Food & wine pairings: Perfect with mussels and light pasta dishes; truffled or with seafood. It's ideal as an aperitif and shines all year round as a non-alcoholic companion for every festive occasion.
