Average vine age: Over 50 years. Soil(s): Granite. Fermentation and aging: Fermented and aged for 8 months in new and one-wine barrels from Allier, Tronçais, and Jupille.
Tasting notes
Appearance: Pale yellow with golden highlights. Nose: Complex, with notes of white-fleshed fruit, white flowers, and honey. Palate: Rich and well-balanced, offering flavors of pear and quince with a touch of minerality. The texture is silky, and the finish is long and fresh.
