Production notes
Vinification takes place in stainless steel vats to preserve the wine's freshness and the fruity, floral aromas of the Chardonnay. The wine is then matured in oak barrels for 6 months to give it texture and richness.
Tasting notes
A bright, limpid yellow colour with green highlights. Wonderful nose of fresh fruit and white flowers. An excellent dry wine with a fine balance between freshness and roundness. Bourgogne Chardonnay is a perfect choice for aperitifs. During meals, it goes perfectly with creamy hors d'oeuvres (cold meats and fish).
