Tasting notes

Colour: Faint purplish-red color. On the nose: Fragrances of lily and red fruit. On the palate: This dry wine has a refreshing acidity and lively tannins. A supple texture precedes a slightly sustained finish. Food pairing: Sautéed vegetable frittata with Coureur des Bois ham and bacon, au gratin potato skins with sour cream dip and zucchini stuffed Provençal style.
