Production notes
Harvested by hand. Whole clusters pneumatically crushed. Must cold-decanted for 24 hours. Fermented in stainless steel, temperature-controlled vats (14-16ºC). Aged on the lees. No added sugar or carbonation.
Tasting notes
Color: Yellow with green highlights. Nose: Fresh, light, and lush, with citrus notes and predominant tropical aromas. Palate: Fresh and lively, with good volume. Long and refreshing finish. Food and wine pairings: Seafood and fish, Portuguese and Mediterranean cuisine, cheeses, and appetizers.
