Tasting notes

On the palate, pretty flavours of citrus and yellow fruit are underlined by a fairly present acidity and a slight bitterness that comes from notes of citrus zest. Perfect as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with farfalle with grilled peppers and basil, codfish accras or onion soup with beer and Quebec cheese.
