The Château de Meursault estate is located in the Côte de Beaune, on the magnificent terroirs of Meursault, Pommard, Puligny-Montrachet, Beaune and the hill of Corton. Production notes

Soil type(s): Deep clay-limestone After manual sorting, pressing and settling, fermentation alcoholic fermentation takes place in barrels for 10 days, then the wine is aged sur lies for 15 months in oak barrels, 25% new barrels and one or two-wine barrels. For the first 6 months, lees stirring is carried out every two weeks to bring out richness and complexity.

Tasting notes

Notes of yellow fruit accompanied by a toasty freshness. Generous and well-balanced on the palate, with good length, supported by a delicate woodiness. Food pairing: Gougères, salmon tartar, snails from Burgundy.
